UX Writing

Below as video slideshow (no audio), are samples of my UX writing as a part of the Daily UX Challenge as well as a description of the work I did as a UX Content Designer for Thomson Reuters.

In this TOF video, the daily challenges of a general counsel for a small business are symbolized by shots of solo mountain climbers interspersed with images using the same actors in a business setting. (Production work done by 52Watt)

I created this Content Hub with the Customer Journey of our Small/Medium Business (SMB) attorneys in mind. The year this hub was launched, SMB was a new market segment for Thomson Reuters.

Appeal Letter w/BRC

This is an example of a typical quarterly appeal letter written for Lutheran Special Education Ministries. Beginning with a true story of one of the students this organization helped, the letter was created to inform, inspire, and encourage the donors.
