ARE YOU EXPERIENCING ADVERSITY?

Adversity (or a "life storm)

(like divorce, death of a loved one, serious illness, financial hardships)

is inevitable.

But how you navigate it is not.

Let me show you how.

Life storms are inevitable.

We cannot escape life’s storms. Either we are just coming out of one, in one or soon will be in one. Storms like divorce, death of a loved one, serious illness, or financial hardship.

They affect our well-being.

These storms affect us by bringing anxiety and worry, depression, lack of motivation, low self-esteem, a feeling of isolation, to name a few. They rob us of our physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

But you can change that.

Although experiencing life’s storms is inevitable, enduring their effects is not. You can learn how to deal with—even lessen—them.

How?

By cultivating gratitude.

For me, helping you cultivate gratitude is personal.

For more than two years, I experienced one of the most adverse life events anyone could go through. After I emerged from it, I realized that one of the things that helped me was having an attitude of gratitude, even in the midst of it all. What I've learned then -- and since --is what I want to share with you.
